West Ham were expected to improve their league position after a busy PL summer transfer window during which they brought in the likes of Gianluca Scamacca and Lucas Paquetá.
However, an awful run of form saw them battling relegation for the majority of the campaign, with David Moyes coming under intense scrutiny.
But the Scottish boss managed to stay in his role and ultimately led his side to Premier League safety.
The Hammers ended the season on a high as they lifted the Europa Conference League title by beating Fiorentina in the final, thus ending their 58-year wait for European triumph.
Moyes will now be looking to lay a solid foundation for the 2023-24 season by leading his side to an impressive pre-season fixtures this summer.
West Ham will kick off their campaign by heading to Meadow Park to face Boreham Wood on July 10. The two sides played each other last summer with Said Benrahma scoring to earn a 1-1 draw.
The Hammers will subsequently travel to Australia for two friendly matches in Perth.
They will go head-to-head with A-League side Perth Glory at Optus Stadium on July 15 before taking on Tottenham Hotspur at the same venue three days later.
The National League outfit Dagenham & Redbridge will then meet the East Londoners at the Chigwell Construction Stadium on July 22.
The Europa Conference League winners also have a fixture with Ligue 1 side Rennes at the Roazhon Park before their final friendly at Bayer Leverkusen on August 5.
